CHIFAB3D sells 3D-printed products and related items through our online store.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, availability, and these Terms of Service at any time.

2. Products

Our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology.

Because of the manufacturing process, individual products may have minor differences in:

Surface texture
Layer lines
Color
Finish
Dimensions within reasonable manufacturing tolerances

These variations are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products.

3. Product Colors

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, monitor settings, and the specific filament batch used.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent product colors but cannot guarantee an exact visual match to photographs displayed on the website.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including situations involving pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or inaccurate order information.

5. Custom Products

For personalized or customized products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information before submitting an order.

CHIFAB3D is not responsible for errors in customer-provided customization information.

6. Pricing

Prices are displayed on the product pages at the time of purchase.

Prices may change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed, except where a correction is required because of an obvious pricing error.

7. Payment

Orders must be paid in full through the available payment methods provided during checkout.

Payment processing is handled by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.

8. Shipping

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on the store.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our 3D-printed products are not designed or certified for applications involving:

Food contact

Safety-critical applications
High-temperature applications
Structural or load-bearing applications

Customers should follow any product-specific instructions provided with their purchase.

All original product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, branding, and other content on the CHIFAB3D website are owned by or licensed to CHIFAB3D unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our original content or designs without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CHIFAB3D will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
