CHIFAB3D produces and ships 3D-printed products from Chicago, Illinois.

Order Processing

Most products are made to order.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. More complex, customized, or larger orders may require additional processing time.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information when tracking is available.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping delays may occur because of:

Carrier delays
Severe weather
Holidays
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
High shipping volume
Other circumstances outside CHIFAB3D's control

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, CHIFAB3D is generally not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and product.

We will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

CHIFAB3D is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
